• The Office responded to the Presidential Directive to coordinate and collaborate with the other Stakeholders on the Build Back Better on the recent gutted markets
• Further, the Office responded to the Presidential Directive to coordinate and collaborate Health and other stakeholders on the response to the outbreak of Cholera in selected parts of the country.
• The President directed that the Executive remain accountable to the Legislature and Zambian people by meeting the demands of the Legislature with respect to submission of annual reports, response to Parliamentary Questions, delivering on Government Assurances and other oversight instruments. The Office of the Vice President, Parliamentary Business Division, ensured that the Executive had responded timely to all the oversight instruments.

From the Oversight Instruments, PBD will periodically extract and follow up the status of all assurances made by the Government in Parliament.
