Staff Establishment

The Office of the Vice President has a total number of 281 approved posts under the three (3) Divisions namely; Human Resource and Administration, Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) and Parliamentary Business Division.

The Staff Establishment has been quite lean and has hindered effective service delivery. The Office has therefore proposed a new structure, whose implementation is dependent on the granting of Treasury Authority by the Ministry of Finance. The granting of Treasury Authority will see an increase in the Establishment from 281 to 467 posts.
