If your application is successful, you are made aware that the land provided under the resettlement scheme is not for sale, and cannot be subdivided, leased, or consolidated without the approval of the office subject to applicable laws and policies. Land in Resettlement Schemes is allocated strictly for the intended purposes as per the scheme’s regulations. Note that the resettlement scheme is specifically designed for targeted citizens as provided for in the Resettlement Policy. Only those who meet the specified criteria are eligible to apply. Applications submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. Ensure your application is submitted on time to be considered.
